We fund half
of your build.
A five-year program funding digital systems for Australian construction businesses. DDDI Group funds half of every approved project. RESI administers and supervises. Cyberate Technologies builds.
Up to ten projects a year. A privately funded industry program, not a government grant.
A more digitised industry is where we operate.
DDDI Group develops, builds and supplies in residential construction. The systems its companies run were built and proven inside the group first. The Cornerstone Initiative extends the same access outward: it removes half the cost barrier for construction businesses that want their own systems built.
The program also produces what the group values most: published case studies, research findings and de-identified industry data. Every funded project agrees to those contributions before work begins.
The funder stays out of the assessment.
Three organisations, three separated roles. Applications are assessed by RESI and ABPA VIC. Neither the funder nor the builder decides who gets a place.
Funds
DDDI funds half of every approved project. Applications are submitted on this site. DDDI does not sit on the assessment.
Administers and supervises
The funded half is invoiced to RESI and recovered from DDDI under the program agreement. RESI supervises each project against its approved scope, and convenes the assessment with ABPA VIC, a Victorian industry association.
Builds
Cyberate scopes, quotes and delivers each system. Applicants deal with one quote and are invoiced for half of it.
A privately funded industry program, not a government grant. Program record on the administrator’s site: resi.org.au/programs/cornerstone
Funded projects contribute back.
Three contributions, each written into the program agreement before work begins. Nothing is used without being agreed first.
Case study naming
DDDI Group and RESI may name funded projects in published case studies.
Research contribution
Methods and findings may inform published industry research, under intellectual property terms agreed before work begins.
Data collaboration
Agreed project data may be used in de-identified industry analysis.
Open to companies registered in Australia, in any state or territory, that work in planning or construction, or that provide services to construction businesses.
