From a two-person workshop
to structured delivery.
Build with Certainty.
Cyberidge began as domestic residential builders whose time was consumed entirely on site. DDDI put systems, capital capacity and a gated process behind them. Cyberidge Group now runs construction delivery for the group — with the on-time record held by Cyberidge Construction.
Each stage closes before the next opens — the same framework Cyberidge Construction runs for clients.
Delivery at the core.
Cyberidge Group is the construction delivery layer of DDDI — Development in the group’s Data · Design · Development · Intelligence framework.
Cyberidge Group
The group’s Core construction delivery company. It brings together multiple building companies under one delivery standard — systems, insurance capacity and process shared across the portfolio.
This page is group proof: how DDDI equipped a delivery business to scale without depending on heroics on site.
Cyberidge Construction
The named residential builder clients meet externally — SA Builder Licence BLD336834, Master Builders member, six-stage gated delivery, and the on-time record cited across this site.
Licence and delivery evidence sit with Construction. The group does not put the licence number on the holding entity.
Everyone on site.
No one managing the build record.
Before the group, Cyberidge operated like many domestic builders: highly skilled on site, bottlenecked by manual supervision. Founders poured concrete and answered phones in the same hour.
Variations sat unsigned. Client queries waited until after the pour. Insurance capacity capped at A$2M per build — enough for small domestic work, not for the projects the market was asking for.
Variation tracking
Changes sketched on site boards. Not costed, not approved in writing, not in the record.
Insurance ceiling
A$2M maximum. Larger multi-dwelling work stayed out of reach.
Client coordination
Emails and calls lost during onsite work. Progress lived in one person’s head.
Resources, systems, capacity.
DDDI did not buy a finished builder brand. It put capital capacity, shared systems and a gated delivery framework behind a skilled workshop — so process could scale where heroics could not.
Insurance & balance sheet
Used group capacity to lift domestic building insurance from A$2M to A$24M — unlocking larger residential contracts the workshop could not carry alone.
Delivery systems
Put planning, cost tracking, procurement and compliance on the same systems Cyberate Technologies runs for the group — so the process, not memory, runs the job.
Six-stage gated process
Helped lock a formal stage-gate from site assessment to handover. Each stage has an output, a sign-off condition and a named owner before the next begins.
Procurement pipelines
Connected purchasing into group supply pools to reduce material price spikes and keep the quote closer to what actually gets built.
Brand alignment
Aligned the external promise with Cyberidge Construction’s line: Build with Certainty — certainty as a visible process, not a slogan.
Organisation & coordination
Supported the shift from two founders on every pour to a nine-person delivery team that can run multiple sites without dropping client communication.
Certainty as a visible process.
Most build problems are not accidents — they are failures of process. Cyberidge Construction sells a build you can stay inside of: scope, budget, selections, site progress and handover controlled before surprises become expensive.
New Residential Builds
A formally gated six-stage process from site assessment to handover. Every stage is documented — with sign-off required before proceeding.
Design & Planning
Pre-construction planning and design support to test buildability before commitment — reducing late-stage rework and scope drift.
Renovations & Extensions
Structural renovation and extension work delivered with the same formal process as new builds. Every variation is costed and approved in writing.
House & Land Packages
A coordinated land and build pathway with site-specific buildability feedback before you commit — so the land and the build work together.
Scope before work
The brief and contract define what will be built before site starts — not after the first variation arrives.
Written variations
Changes are costed and approved in writing before work proceeds. Nothing informal moves the build.
Handover with a record
Completion is backed by documentation and a named aftercare contact — the project record stays usable.

The six-stage gated process.
Every Cyberidge build follows the same framework. Each stage has a defined output, a sign-off condition, and a named person responsible. Nothing progresses until the preceding stage is formally closed — the process the group helped put in place, and Construction runs for clients.
Site Assessment & Pre-Compliance
Before a drawing is made
Site, zoning, overlays and buildability are checked before design spend. Group spatial and planning tools help verify constraints so the pathway is clear before commitment.
What changed at scale.

| Parameter | Before (2024 founding) | Now (2026) | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|

| Core Team Size | 2 people | 9 specialists | 4.5x growth |
| Annual Projects | 1–2 builds | 12–15 builds | 7.5x scale |

So we made the process the product.
Cyberidge did not scale by working longer hours on site. The group helped build a delivery system any supervisor can execute — and Cyberidge Construction runs that system for clients as Build with Certainty.

“On-time” means delivered on or before the contracted completion date, measured across Cyberidge Construction’s own project records to date. It is the company’s own record, not an independently audited figure, and is not a guarantee of future timelines.
