Every figure in the index is drawn from the delivery records of our own projects in Greater Adelaide — 30+ projects across development management, construction and investment.
Methodology published in full
Data sources, sample sizes and limitations will be stated alongside every chart. A small, auditable sample beats a large, unverifiable one.
No projections without labels
Historical figures and projections are never mixed. Anything forward-looking will be clearly marked as projected.
