None of those alone. DDDI is a planning-to-delivery group. Its companies specialise — data and systems, property investment, planning and development management, construction delivery, building products — and the group also builds the operating systems other construction-economy businesses run on.

Both. Cyberate Project Management runs an in-house planning and design studio, and the group works with specialist planning, design and survey firms. Planning and design are the front end of what we do, not something we buy in at the end.
