DATA

Decisions that start from evidence.

Site and market analysis, macro and micro indicators, feasibility, compliance and survey data — and the same analytical discipline turned on a company’s own performance when it works with the group.

On the asset

Before capital is committed, we assemble the picture that actually matters: catchment and demand, zoning and overlays, comparable sales, buildability constraints, and the spatial facts a surveyor can stand behind. Macro indicators set the context. Micro data — lot dimensions, easements, tree overlays, traffic and service capacity — decides whether a scheme is real. Feasibility is run as a disciplined model, not a hopeful spreadsheet. Compliance data is treated as an input to design, not a surprise at lodgement. Spatial and survey data close the loop: what the site is, not what a brochure hopes it is. The point of Data on the asset is simple — evidence before commitment.

On the company

The same discipline is turned inward. When a company joins or works with the group, we look at its own operating numbers: pipeline quality, margin by stage, cycle time, win rate, and where information is missing. Customer and market diagnostics replace guesswork about “who we should sell to.” Operating dashboards replace founder memory as the only system of record. Data on the company is not a report for the shelf — it is the basis for where the business should go next, and which systems it needs to get there.

DATA AT REGISTER SCALE

Evidence before commitment.

We read the development landscape around a site the way an analyst would — every nearby application, ordered nearest-first, compiled automatically from register-scale data before a design dollar is spent. Press play to watch a scan sweep an illustrative suburb.

Planning development feasibility · automated big-data analysis
One site, read against the register around it. Illustrative pattern — a synthetic suburb and generated applications, not live planning data.
  • Land division
  • Multi-dwelling
  • Detached
  • Other applications
  • In assessment

Generated pattern — a suburb and register shown to demonstrate the method, not live application data.

Who runs this

Primarily Cyberate Technologies, supported by group research and survey partners who supply spatial ground truth. Data products and APIs also surface under Intelligence.
