Where quotes usually go wrong
Three electrical quotes can differ by 30% and still be the same price — because one included the light fittings and the others didn’t.
Before your plans go out, we agree a written inclusions and exclusions list for each trade, and every partner prices against the same list. That’s also how the gaps between trades get found early: the trench for the external lighting that the electrician assumed the landscaper was doing.

How many quotes will I get?
We approach up to three vetted partners per trade. If one doesn't respond or declines to quote, we'll tell you rather than quietly substituting someone else.
Can I speak to the trades directly?
Yes. Many quotes need a site inspection, and we'd rather that happened properly. We just ask to be kept in the loop.
Do you mark up the quotes?
No. Quotes reach you exactly as the partner wrote them, with the originals attached alongside our comparison sheet.
What happens to my drawings?
They're used to obtain your quotes and nothing else. They aren't shared with any other company in our group, and partners receive them under confidentiality.
Are you a trade contractor?
