Elizabeth South and Tranmere completed settlements (Tranmere launched short-stay operations within a week); Warradale and Payneham secured Planning Approvals, while Morphett Vale achieved Development Approval; Christies Beach and Salisbury formally submitted PA applications; Woodville West, Marden, Modbury, and Hillcrest advanced through design stages; construction progressed on schedule at Clearview, Gepps Cross, Vista, Ingle Farm, and Pooraka; and Paralowie officially launched into the market. Cyberate Project Management expanded its portfolio to 34 managed projects.
